Join the team behind an enterprise-grade tool that helps administrators monitor, diagnose, and manage servers locally or remotely. This team drives innovation through Angular front-end updates, automated testing, and quality metrics dashboards, collaborating with both onshore and offshore engineers.

What You’ll Do:

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll bridge the gap between project management and hands-on technical execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the Angular front-end upgrade of the product
• Building and validating automated testing frameworks
• Developing dashboards to track quality metrics, code coverage, and defect rates
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including offshore developers and internal engineers
• Installing builds, validating environments, and proactively troubleshooting test failures
• Reporting progress and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a technical PM with hands-on experience in software testing, automation, and quality metrics. Strong candidates typically have:

• 5–7 years of PM experience in engineering or technical environments
• Hands-on experience with automated testing, environment setup, and validation
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools
• Familiarity with systems, OS, storage, or network environments
• Ability to synthesize technical details and independently validate work
