Peak Nano is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to play a pivotal role in managing multiple programs supporting nanolayered film development and production. This role is responsible for taking loosely defined or ambiguous initiatives and driving them through structured execution to successful delivery. The TPM will define scope where it does not exist, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure programs land on time, at cost, and at performance targets. In this role, you will lead cross functional teams spanning process engineering, operations, capacitor engineering, tooling design, and capital upgrade development. You will be a crucial interface into the supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary activities – working with stakeholders to scope projects, plan requirements, develop KPIs, create and manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. In this role you will: Translate product/process and business goals into structured, executable program plans. Own end-to-end program delivery, developing and driving detailed project schedules to achieve key milestones. Drive alignment across engineering, operations, and business teams—resolving conflicts and forcing clarity where needed. Plan and execute development/production trials and ensure transition to production according to specific cost, quality, and capacity goals. Organize and lead cross-functional program reviews. Be responsible for project costs, product costs, and CAPEX budgets. Required Qualifications We are open to early-career candidates who may not have held a formal TPM title but have demonstrated ownership, initiative, and the ability to drive results in ambiguous environments. Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment without direct authority. 3–5 years of experience in technical program management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related role involving cross-functional execution, spanning new product development, manufacturing/process engineering, and production process readiness/transfer. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams through program scoping, scheduling, and execution. Demonstrated ability to lead programs from loosely defined problem statements to successful execution. Experience working with internal and external manufacturing partners. Proven experience in manufacturing and product development. Preferred Qualifications 5–7+ years of Technical Program Management experience. Experience in polymer processing and/or film extrusion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
