Job Title: Technical Project Coordinator(US Citizen Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and communicate between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and project success.
- Track project progress, update schedules, and manage project milestones using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Facilitate technical meetings, including project kick-offs, stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help identify potential project risks and issues and assist in their resolution.
- Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, change logs, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and agile methodologies.
- Assist with resource planning and allocation, ensuring that project requirements are adequately staffed.
- Monitor and report on project performance, preparing status reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably within a technical or software development environment.
- Experience in software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies.
- Knowledge of software development practices, technical terminology, and the ability to understand basic technical concepts (e.g., programming languages, APIs, databases).
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
