Technical Project Manager Integration & Distributed Commerce
Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager Integration & Distributed Commerce will support execution and delivery of YETI's distributed commerce initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of marketplace integrations, middleware platforms, and API-driven capabilities.
This role operates at the center of delivery, coordination, and technical execution, partnering closely with the Program Manager, Business Analysts, architects, and engineering teams to bring distributed commerce capabilities to life. The Technical Project Manager will drive timelines, manage dependencies across systems (ERP, middleware, marketplaces), and ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
This role is critical to enabling execution of a global, API-first distributed commerce platform that supports rapid onboarding of new channels, partners, and regions.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Own delivery of assigned distributed commerce initiatives (e.g., marketplace launches, partner integrations, platform capabilities)
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones across assigned workstreams
Track progress against deliverables and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution
Drive delivery cadence, including:
Weekly status reporting
Workstream standups
Project-level updates and reviews
Execution Support, Coordination & Dependency Management
Operate under the direction of the Program Manager, supporting execution across multiple distributed commerce initiatives
Coordinate across:
Engineering teams
Architecture / integration teams
Business stakeholders
External vendors and partners
Identify and manage cross-system dependencies, particularly across ERP, Middleware / iPaaS platforms and Marketplace integrations and partners
Proactively manage risks, issues, and trade-offs; escalate with clear options and recommendations
Integration & Technical Delivery Oversight
Oversee delivery of integrations across APIs, middleware platforms, and marketplace systems
Partner with technical teams to ensure:
Integration designs are executed according to plan
Dependencies and constraints are clearly understood
Risks related to data synchronization, latency, and system performance are managed
Track technical milestones, including:
Design completion
Development progress
Testing and validation
Deployment readiness
Ensure solutions align to a scalable, reusable platform model
Governance & Communication Support
Support program governance and reporting, including:
Status tracking
Risk and issue management
Escalation tracking
Prepare inputs and materials for Program Manager-led leadership and SteerCo discussions
Ensure clear, timely communication across stakeholders and teams
Vendor & Partner Management
Support coordination across external vendors and integration partners
Track timelines, deliverables, and technical dependencies
Assist in onboarding and execution of platforms such as:
Marketplace aggregators
Middleware providers
System integrators

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in technical project management
Proven experience delivering integration-heavy or multi-system initiatives
Experience supporting integrations between systems (APIs, middleware, or marketplace platforms) is required
Strong ability to manage dependencies across technical and business teams
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail or consumer goods environments
Experience in distributed commerce, marketplaces, or omnichannel retail environments
Familiarity with:
Middleware / iPaaS platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
Marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop, Rithum, Mirakl)
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and downstream integrations
Experience supporting global or multi-region initiatives
Experience working with external vendors or system integrators
