Responsibilities Lead execution of complex engineering programs, owning the full lifecycle from initial concept and proposal through development and final delivery.
Drive alignment and coordination across cross‑functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
Define and manage program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to structured development processes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, developing strategies to prevent program disruption and ensure successful outcomes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and forecasts clearly and effectively.
Monitor and manage program performance against technical, schedule, and cost objectives, making adjustments as required.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
Establish and standardize processes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement efforts across programs.
Support additional projects, initiatives, or operational activities as required.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or business discipline.
10+ years of experience in program management or a related leadership role within a complex or regulated environment.
Proven experience managing technically complex programs involving hardware, software, or integrated systems.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business information to diverse audiences.
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (e.g., scheduling and task tracking systems).
Experience working in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus.
Compensation Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
Contract & Location Full-time 6‑month contract
Location: Onsite in Everett, WA
