Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Fairfax, Virginia (Onsite)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Assess business requirements for application development, process enhancements, change management, and integration solutions.
• Conduct and analyze business and IT processes to identify improvements and efficiencies. Use industry-standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case and workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
• Participate in defining system requirements, including testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support. Develop and review test schedules, plans, and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, track results, and document findings. Ensure that systems meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Incorporate security awareness planning into system development and integration processes to ensure data protection and compliance.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in application development and process management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard analysis techniques including data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and data modeling.
• Strong skills in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables. Experience in testing, training, and implementing system requirements.
• Ability to conduct detailed process analysis and apply functional decomposition and object modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting project progress and results.
