Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support our Client Engineering team during a large Epic hosting project. This role is critical for managing and troubleshooting essential tools such as Imprivata SSO, Duo MFA, WorkspaceOne, and Horizon VDI. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth execution and technical management of tasks, providing third-level support and overseeing device and profile management systems.

Requirements

• Provide leadership and project management for the Client Engineering team during the Epic hosting project.
• Manage and troubleshoot Imprivata SSO, Duo MFA, WorkspaceOne, and Horizon VDI systems.
• Monitor and resolve issues through ServiceNow, managing Active Directory groups and ensuring the effective operation of endpoint management systems.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to define solutions and deliver them within a hybrid agile framework.
• Support master data consolidation, replication, and quality assurance for retail master data objects.
• Deploy software packages, manage iOS and VDI systems, and perform necessary updates and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain high standards of security and efficiency.

Required Technical Experience:

• Strong background in Epic application integration.
• At least 2 years of experience as a subject matter expert in deploying Imprivata Single Sign-On and Duo Multifactor Authentication, preferably in a healthcare organization.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing and deploying VDI solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in endpoint management/operational support in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory Users and Computers.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working within healthcare industry standards and regulations.
