Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) – Center of Excellence Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) – Center of Excellence Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and adaptable Salesforce Technical Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects, manage diverse teams (on-site, remote, offshore, nearshore), and drive delivery excellence in an evolving environment. Responsibilities Lead large Salesforce implementation projects with teams of 20+ members, managing multiple simultaneous workstreams of varying sizes. Possess broad expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Drive delivery in an Agile environment, estimating work, facilitating standard Agile ceremonies, and leveraging SAFe practices. Manage remote and nearshore teams, fostering high performance, accountability, and motivation. Ensure strong project governance with solid practices for tracking, monitoring, and driving progress toward objectives. Demonstrate extreme organization, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-changing organizational context. Serve as a key leader within the Salesforce Center of Excellence, providing day-to-day management of CoE resources. Maintain excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, negotiate, push-back when needed, and positively influence stakeholders. Prioritize execution, with a relentless focus on delivering high-quality results. Mandatory Experience 7+ years of project leadership experience in Salesforce implementations. Prior experience in a healthcare insurance setting. Proven track record leading remote, offshore, and nearshore teams. Strong Agile delivery experience, including work estimation, SAFe familiarity, and Agile ceremonies. Demonstrable examples of team leadership, motivation, accountability, and execution focus.
