This role offers the opportunity to lead a large-scale Zero Trust security transformation by driving the implementation and optimization of enterprise Zscaler solutions. You will oversee the full project lifecycle while also contributing hands‑on technical expertise to solution design and configuration. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) implementation projects, managing timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication. Design, configure, and validate ZIA and ZPA policies, including URL filtering, SSL inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), cloud application control, application segmentation, and connector architecture. Collaborate with IT Security, Network, Identity, and Endpoint teams to align Zero Trust security policies with existing access control frameworks. Coordinate client connector deployment across Windows and macOS environments in partnership with endpoint management teams using tools such as Jamf and Intune. Support mobile access strategies, including BYOD and mobile application management considerations where Zscaler solutions apply. Document technical configurations, architecture decisions, and security standards to support compliance and audit requirements. Identify gaps between current and target-state architectures and recommend practical remediation strategies. Plan and execute migration and cutover activities, including legacy VPN decommissioning and transition to Secure Service Edge (SSE) architecture. Deliver executive-level project updates, technical reports, and progress summaries for leadership and key stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years of experience managing enterprise technical projects involving network security, cybersecurity, or infrastructure transformation. Extensive hands‑on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), including architecture, policy configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of SSL inspection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Zero Trust security principles, and secure access architectures. Experience integrating identity providers such as Okta and implementing device posture or conditional access controls. Familiarity with endpoint management platforms including Jamf and/or Microsoft Intune. Experience supporting migrations from traditional VPN solutions to Secure Service Edge (SSE) or Zero Trust architectures. Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Excellent technical documentation and communication skills, particularly for compliance and executive audiences. Zscaler certifications (ZDTA, ZDTP, or equivalent) are preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation package. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees. Opportunity to lead a high-impact enterprise cybersecurity transformation. Exposure to cutting‑edge Zero Trust and Secure Service Edge technologies. Collaborative environment working alongside experienced security and infrastructure professionals. Professional growth through complex technical projects and enterprise‑scale implementations.
