Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a cross functional team of System, Mechanical and Software engineers in the development and delivery of custom test systems solutions that test our customer's unique products. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, supporting one or more customers. You will be expected to build strong trusted relationships with our customers ensuring we completely understand their needs and system requirements.

As a Project Manager you will assist our business development team in generating accurate and compelling proposals in the support of generating new business.

Qualifications

•\tWe are looking for candidates with the following skills:

•\tBS or MS degree in an Engineering field is required

•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Access, Outlook and Project) is a must

•\t5-7+ years of experience in a customer and factory facing role (Applications engineering, Product Management, Product Development) is required

•\tMust have 3+ years as a Technical Project or Program Manager, leading cross functional teams

•\tMust have strong attention to detail to manage complex technical projects from requirements gathering to system deployment

•\tExperience with Proposal Development (RFQ/RFP/SOW)

•\tAbility to manage design reviews

•\tPMP certification is a plus

•\tExperience in Aerospace & Defense industry is strongly preferred

•\tWorking knowledge of RF and test systems is a plus

•\tExperience in developing custom test solutions is preferred

•\tChosen candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate effectively with our team and our customers

•\tCandidate will require exceptional organizational skills and be comfortable working in an agile fast paced environment

This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
