Technical Project Manager Location: NY, NJ, PA, GA, NC, and IL Duration: long-term Minimum of 12 years of project management experience in the P&C insurance industry. Bachelor's degree in business, Insurance, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, or Scrum Master certification preferred. Strong understanding of insurance processes, regulations, and market trends. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Rally). Key competencies: Very strong integration experience needed. Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering value to the business. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment. Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
