Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Managers (PMs) to lead initiatives across Front Office (FO), Middle Office (MO), and Back Office (BO) domains. Each PM will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, ensuring team alignment, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage respective domain projects (FO, MO, BO). Attend and actively participate in all Scrum events. Ensure proper planning and estimation for deliverables. Support teams in overcoming challenges and achieving goals. Prepare and maintain key performance metrics: Velocity Trend Committed vs Delivered Defect Leakage / Escaped Defects Successful Deployment Frequency Code Coverage Automation Coverage Tech Debt Tracking Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members and document outcomes (format will be provided). Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
