Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex technical projects, with extensive experience in using Jira for project tracking, Scrum for agile project management, PMP methodologies, and Tableau for data visualization and reporting. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project lifecycle management, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives across multiple technical domains.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans using Jira and maintain accountability for project tracking and reporting.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs, utilizing Scrum methodologies.
• Apply PMP principles to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation, including the management of external contractors and consultants.
• Conduct project risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Generate insightful reports and dashboards using Tableau to communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.
• Continuously improve project management toolkits and methodologies used within the PMO.

Requirements:

• PMP certification is required.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proficient in Jira, with a track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
