Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Raynham, Massachusetts Work Mode: Onsite Client: Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Key Responsibilities: Gather and capture detailed technical and business requirements while ensuring alignment with J&J processes and Technology Services (TS) standards. Lead whiteboarding and collaborative planning sessions to define architecture, workflows, and project approaches. Manage projects involving AWS and Data Warehouse integrations , including data flow and system coordination. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource coordination. Proactively schedule meetings, drive discussions, and ensure project milestones are achieved. Act as a self-starter who can independently organize tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and move projects forward efficiently. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading technology-driven projects. Strong understanding of AWS, data pipelines, and data warehouse processes . Ability to translate technical discussions into structured project plans. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working with Johnson & Johnson (J&J) or similar large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
