Role: Technical Project/Program ManagementLocation: Bay Area CA- HybridDuration: 6+Month Job Description:· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.· 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.· Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects within complex organizations.· Strong expertise with Jira (administration, reporting, and governance).· Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to adapt frameworks as needed.· Experience aligning multiple verticals/teams under a consistent program-level structure.· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.· Strong analytical and reporting abilities.· Background in financial services or enterprise technology environments preferred.· Experience working with Architecture and/or Technology Management Committees.· Demonstrated track record of bringing consistency and structure to distributed project management teams.
