Job Title: Technical Project Manager (SQL / GIS Focus) Location: Woodbridge, VA Schedule: Hybrid 3-4 days onsite Job Overview: We are seeking a resource who combines strong project management expertise with hands-on SQL database querying skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, presenting insights, and managing initiatives that involve GIS or Cityworks systems. Responsibilities: Manage technical projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment. Perform SQL database querying and analysis to support project requirements. Translate raw data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders. Develop and deliver clear, executive-level presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of tools and processes. Leverage GIS or Cityworks experience to support city infrastructure or utility-related projects. Qualifications: Strong project management experience, including stakeholder communication and executive reporting. Proficiency in SQL querying and working with relational databases. Experience with GIS platforms or Cityworks preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to balance technical detail with strategic project oversight.
