Exceptional attention to detail, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily activities of the Quality teamOversee internal non-conformances and implement corrective actions through robust root cause analysisConduct detailed inspections of final products to ensure adherence to AQL standards and customer specificationsCollect and analyse quality performance data and produce technical reports for senior managementManage QC samples, ensuring accurate documentation and storageEnsure compliance with all internal and external regulations and maintain ISO9001 & PS9000 certificationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product qualityCollaborate with Production, Planning, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless operationsLiaise with customers and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns and support product approvalsOther Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport audits and quality inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes are compliantMaintain management system records, review documents, and schedule updates where necessaryMentor and develop quality team personnel, providing performance reviews and training as requiredLead by example, promoting a positive and proactive quality culture across the sitePresent findings, reports, and recommendations to senior managementQualifications / ExperienceProven experience in quality systems management, process improvement, and audit complianceExperience managing teams within a product-based manufacturing environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentationsStrong project management skills, able to meet tight deadlines and handle competing prioritiesKnowledge of ISO9001, PS9000, and other quality standardsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIf you are an experienced Quality Manager with a proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, hit the APPLY button now.
