Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a proven track record of attracting and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical recruiting, high-volume hiring, and the effective use of ATS platforms to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday, including applicant tracking, optimizing hiring workflows, and maintaining accurate and compliant candidate data.
  • Execute end-to-end recruiting in high-volume environments across a wide range of technical roles, including Front-End and Back-End Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Product and Design professionals, as well as Machine Learning and AI specialists.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through targeted research, networking, direct sourcing, cold calling, advanced web-based sourcing, job postings, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Workday and/or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong background in high-volume recruiting environments.
  • Ability to source, assess, and engage technical talent across multiple disciplines.
