As a Technical Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in selling complex technological products and services, ensuring they align with customer requirements and coordinating internal support. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, optimizing sales processes, and identifying new market opportunities. Your role will be pivotal in building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Drive the sale of complex technological products and services to both businesses and customers, ensuring that offerings meet customer needs and expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the sales team, setting and achieving sales targets, and providing guidance and support.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve sales strategies, methods, and approaches to enhance performance and outcomes.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets and business opportunities, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in technical sales, with a strong background in memory modules, SSDs, AI edge servers, and Add-In Cards.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth technical knowledge, particularly with PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), and experience in working with clients like Dell.
