Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Technical Sales Manager for our industrial services client to start immediately up to $100k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!


Responsibilities:


We are seeking an experienced Technical Service and Parts Sales Manager to lead our client's Service Department, support aftermarket growth, and deliver outstanding customer support. This role plays a key part in enhancing the customer lifecycle, expanding parts and service offerings, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Manager will lead a high-performing team, oversee technical support, and develop strategies that increase revenue through parts and service sales. The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC technical expertise, proven leadership skills, business acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement.


  • Lead the Service Department and support growth in aftermarket parts and service sales.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers through phone, email, and Teams.
  • Troubleshoot recurring customer issues involving VFDs, controllers, sensors, and network communication.
  • Perform root cause analysis on escalated technical problems.
  • Manage pricing updates, templates, quotes, orders, returns, and invoicing.
  • Monitor backlog to ensure timely fulfillment of parts and service requests.
  • Use CRM tools to track inquiries and coordinate internal resources.
  • Build parts sales through strong technical knowledge, responsiveness, and customer relationships.
  • Partner with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track and resolve warranty issues related to mechanical, electrical, and performance concerns.
  • Coordinate labor and materials needed for field warranty resolutions.
  • Escalate recurring failure patterns to engineering and supply chain teams.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams and customers, both in the factory and on site.
  • Oversee training logistics, scheduling, certification, and related promotional efforts.
  • Coordinate commissioning and startup support for hygienic air handler products and other technical field visits.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while setting clear goals and performance expectations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous process improvement.
  • Implement Lean practices and other efficiency-focused initiatives.
  • Support parts forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for aftermarket parts and services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define offerings, pricing, and marketing campaigns.


Location: Comstock Park, MI

Schedule/Shift Details: Day shift


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a technical field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in aftermarket parts and customer support, including 5 years in leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including fan performance, gas burner systems, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and blueprints.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
