Job Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to provide sales support to customers and field sales offices. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical and electronic products and their applications. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and utilizing products, support the sales team, and provide market feedback to enhance product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to customers on product selection, installation, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Travel to assess customer needs, identify product opportunities, and support sales efforts.
• Communicate effectively with sales territories to ensure adequate support in achieving sales objectives.
• Coordinate and host customer meetings at company headquarters.
• Present products, systems, and solutions at conferences and customer events as scheduled.
• Support promotional activities, including participation in trade shows.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide market insights and feedback for product improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Electronics is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with company products is a plus, with a minimum of one year of experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territories as needed.
