Saalex is seeking a Technical SME Consultant (C5I) in Lexington Park, MD. Saalex Corporation, is an Engineering and Information Technology Services company with a focus on Test Range Operations and Management, Engineering and Logistics Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services and Information Technology Services.

Position Type: Part-Time (Temporary)

Salary: up to $250/hr (depending on experience)

Work Location: Fully Remote.

Essential Functions:

• Provides technical strategic leadership, support, and solutioning for critical high-priority DoW opportunities.
• Leads and participates in technical solutioning for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence (C5I) efforts.
• Integrates emerging tools, technologies, and innovations within the solution while clearly distinguishing customer benefits (labor hours, cost savings).
• Ensures the solution demonstrates an exceptional approach and clear understanding of customer requirements while incorporating multiple significant strengths.
• May support customer communications and intel gathering for related upcoming opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Required:

• Must have knowledge and experience directly related to developing Naval tactical communication interoperability strategies and C5I solutions using systems engineering methodologies.
• Must have current or previous related technical working experience with the Naval Air Warfare Center Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF)
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Must have 5 years of related expierence

Security Clearance:

Must be eligible to obtain a secret clearance. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:

High School or GED required.
