Technical Sourcer Recruiter

*Description* We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions. * Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions * Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines * Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities * Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings * Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 2+ years of sourcing experience within IT, technical and accounting background * Experience sourcing technical and/or professional-level talent * Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies * Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
