As a Technical Specialist, we expect you to contribute significantly to our Insurtech team by leverage your strong SQL skills to assist our project teams in delivering configurable content to our ConceptOne customers. This may include generating and compiling business, functional, and/or technical requirements. Your attention to detail and collaborative spirit are crucial for maintaining the highest quality standards in our software solutions.Role and Responsibilities:Participate in solution analysis and design of the ConceptOne software solutionConfigure complex and custom software solutions based on design documentation in accordance with estimatesAct as Subject Matter Expert across assigned projectsContribute as needed to the development of customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. wireframes, use cases, technical design, etc.)Develop and execute unit tests for configuration changes and assigned use cases, and provide support during User Acceptance Testing.Proactively identify and escalate risks in project work, including proposed solutions, in a timely mannerAccurately report on status of assigned work to Project LeadershipBuild and reinforce Professional Services best practices and methodologiesDevelop custom datasources used for Merge Documents and Forms GenerationDevelop custom reports and data extracts using Appeon InfomakerDevelop data feeds using SQL Stored Procedures and FunctionsDevelop custom integrations with various external applications using our API/SDKSupport projects requiring the conversion of custom Appeon Adaptive Server Anywhere SQL syntax to Microsoft SQL Server compliant syntaxProvide technical support on projects as needed for configuration, setup, and testing of various deliverables for a project.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.Minimum 4 years’ experience with requirements analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of software solutions.Solid SQL skills including familiarity with SQL Server, Appeon Adaptiver Server Anywhere or similar, as well as report writing tools using a SQL databaseExperience with XML is a plus.Experience with relational databases.Extensive experience with MS Office suiteSelf-motivated with the ability to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and effectively prioritize and execute under pressure Benefits of being a part of the teamFamily Health Insurance including parentsLife & Accident InsuranceMaternity/paternity leavePerformance-based incentivesReferral Bonus programExam Fee Reimbursement PolicyIndian festival holidays5 days working weekDoctor's Consultation
