Maintain expertise in all aspects of technology Continually stay educated in all areas of technology Research new issues that may arise to ensure a solution Support any immediate technology issues in classrooms and conference rooms Ensure all IT policies, data security, and compliance requirements are followed by all users Network and Servers Support staff and students with network connectivity issues. Monitor, maintain, and patch servers and access points. Active Directory Maintain Active Directory accounts Copier Support Maintain the working operation of multi-use copiers Diagnose and troubleshoot copier performance problems. Escalate unresolved issues to the Xerox Support Team. Resolve Papercut issues Chromebook and Student Support Troubleshoot Chromebook problems Perform basic repairs Management of the 1:1 program Laptops and Workstations Responsible for maintaining staff laptops and workstations (Windows 11) Install appropriate software Provide staff support General Technology Support Inventory Maintenance Software support VOIP support In addition to the application you’ve started here, you must also complete a second application through Ontario County Civil Service.
