Job Description  

ServiceNow Technical Specialist for HRSD/WSD, ITOM, ITSM, and SPM -Candidates must reside in NC, preferably within commuting distance to Raleigh.

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow applications and solutions.
  • You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create and manage ServiceNow applications and modules, including form design, workflow creation, and custom scripting.
  • Configuration: Customize ServiceNow modules and applications to fit the specific needs of the business, including incident management, change management, problem management, and more.
  • Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to understand requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Best Practices: Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and administration, including coding standards, testing procedures, and change management processes.
  • Upgrades and Maintenance: Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
