Key Responsibilities:Conduct product demonstrations and provide application training to surgeons, OT staff, and clinical teams.Support robot-assisted surgeries through on-site clinical and technical assistance, including setup, docking, and troubleshooting.Coordinate with service teams for installation, maintenance, upgrades, and technical issue resolution.Maintain documentation of training sessions, demonstrations, and clinical support activities while ensuring compliance with OT safety and sterilization protocols.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Service teams to improve product adoption, workflow efficiency, and clinical acceptance.Act as a technical liaison with surgeons and hospital stakeholders to build strong customer relationships and support continuous skill development.Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field with 1–5 years of experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or clinical applications.
