Role Description
Natural Choice Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support & Quality Specialist to join our team. This role blends hands-on product testing, customer interaction, and quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role provides technical support to customers while also supporting quality control operations, including product inspection, testing, and inventory management. Assisting in documenting and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Basic Skills/Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree
· Previous customer service experience, additional manufacturing experience desirable
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office (word, excel) and basic computer systems with good typing skill/speed
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Ability to learn and comprehend technical information
Customer Support:
· Serve as primary point of contact for customer technical support
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues (via phone or email), efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships
Quality Control & Testing:
· Inspect and test parts and finished products for defects and compliance
· Perform and document QC lab testing and product performance evaluations
· Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment and gauges
Repairs & Documentation:
· Perform and document repairs and upgrades on RMA units
· Maintain accurate records of defects, testing, and service activity in internal systems
· Generate technical documentation including service bulletins, reports, and manuals
Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
· Track and analyze defects, RMAs, and service issues for quarterly reporting
· Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Operations Support:
· Conduct inventory counts and support production line organization
· Assist with training dealers and creating service/training materials (videos, manuals).
Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
