Northwest Partners is looking to hire a technical systems analyst to work with one of our premier clienst in the Insurance industry..

What YOU will do:

  • Perform Active Directory administration and basic Exchange tasks, such as creating user mailboxes.
  • Provision users for Citrix and create user accounts.
  • Troubleshoot LAN hardware and software problems.
  • Work on Help Desk tickets, focusing on meeting or exceeding SLAs.
  • Install and configure software and hardware, logging into Help Desk queues, and resolving or escalating tickets.
  • Assist senior staff with administration for client computing devices and systems.
  • Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration tasks.
  • Conduct patch management for Microsoft and third-party applications.
  • Develop automated scripts for system inventory, post-imaging automation, and software deployments.
  • Build custom computer images and maintain a hardware driver library.
  • Respond to and deploy emergency security updates.

What YOU will bring us

  • Advanced knowledge of LAN systems, software packaging, deployment, and PC image creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of IT experience or equivalent military experience.
