Technical Support Analyst Apply
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 - 4 year of IT or enterprise technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Tier 1 hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms-certified equipment
- Familiarity with Active Directory and MECM
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Ability to perform under pressure in executive-facing environments
Preferred
- Microsoft 365 Certification
- CompTIA A or Network
- AVIXA Fundamentals

- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Reliable personal transportation (Frequent travel required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Local Florida candidates strongly preferred
