Initiate and compose correspondence, Transmit filings to the PUC and regulatory partiesCommunicate cross-functionally issues and needs, as well as externally to customers, vendors and contractorsSupport Restoration process, which includes placing PA One Calls, analyzing data, mapping information, obtaining meter reads, creating/updating work orders and customer account information, and tracking data via SharePoint databasePerform invoice requisitions, process invoices, reconcile purchase card statements, handle confidential records and information and make travel arrangementsMaintain department information databasesProcess confidential records, SIRs, SLDs, Approval Letters, and Gas ApplicationsInvestigate questionable areas on reports or requests for information and make administrative decisionsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.0-2 years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to learn and retain knowledge of company policies, practices and proceduresExcellent computer software skills (Microsoft Office and various software programs)High level of initiative and judgementStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to collect and compile data efficientlyProficient in SAPAbility to multitask, use time management skills to coordinate multiple customer requestsWorking Conditions/Physical DemandsPerform sedentary work- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
