Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Desk Engineer and become a vital contributor to our customers' success. Servicing the Western North Carolina region and beyond, you will be part of a team providing exceptional service-desk technical support to our customers. You will utilize ConnectWise Manage as your primary PSA tool, ensuring seamless and efficient IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch technical support for Windows desktops and laptops, with a focus on both hardware and operating system
troubleshooting.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Group Policy and Active Directory environments.
- Handle Microsoft Entra Directory Services and Microsoft 365 mailbox and user management.
- Administer Axcient Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions or similar applications.
- Support Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, File and Print Services, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage basic TCP/IP networking, and SonicWALL TZ series firewall configuration.
- Provide enterprise wireless configuration and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, offering clear and courteous support in person and via telephone.
- Self-manage your calendar and prioritize tasks effectively, solving problems in order of impact and urgency.
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure superior service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of ConnectWise Manage PSA
- Solid experience in Windows desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Proficient in managing Windows Group Policy and Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra Directory Services and Microsoft 365 user management.
- Understanding of Axcient Backup solutions or similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable in Windows Server fundamentals and network management, including DNS and DHCP.
- Familiarity with SonicWALL TZ series firewalls and enterprise wireless networks.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
- Team-oriented, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.
