Data Center Hardware Quality EngineerJoin a team focused on minimizing damage and downtime for data center hardware. As a Support Engineer, you'll triage and manage a ticket queue, investigate quality issues, and either resolve or escalate them. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, data review, issue documentation, and collaborating with partner teams for resolution.
