About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of product, people, and problem-solving. What You’ll Be DoingPre-Sales & Product SupportAnalyse Australian Standards and local policiesPerform product testing, unboxing, demo reviews and compliance analysisAssist with product selection and technical comparisonsAfter-Sales SupportWork with manufacturers to improve after-sales processesSupport internal teams and customers with product inquiries and troubleshootingKeep product info up to date, including managing phased-out productsTraining & GuidanceDeliver technical training to internal sales teamsSupport customers and vendors on specifications, installation guidance and issue resolutioneProduct & CRM ManagementMaintain and update product data in our CRM and websiteLiaise with marketing to keep content current, relevant, and engaging What We’re Looking ForA degree in Electrical EngineeringSolid understanding of electrical principles—PV/solar experience highly desirableA proactive approach and a willingness to learnStrong communication skills in both English and Dutch —you can break down complex tech for all audiencesConfidence working across teams, with customers, and with technical detail Why OSW?We’re a future-focused business that’s making a real impact in the renewable energy space.
