Dealerships and garages are relieved without the vehicle having to leave the workshop. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically savvy and service-oriented: Technical Support Officer (32 - 40 hours per week) What will you do? As a Technical Support Assistant, you are the first point of contact for customers with technical questions about our systems, vehicle connections and network problems. You switch quickly, think analytically and provide practical and substantive solutions for our customers - from garages to international partners. You will support customers via phone, email and chat with technical questions about the Jifeline dashboard, vehicles, connections and network issues; You will help analyse and resolve technical issues, liaising with our specialists where necessary; You document everything neatly in our support systems (ticket system) and monitor the progress of reports; You actively think about improving our processes and technical documentation; What do you bring? You have an interest in engineering and cars, preferably having done a technical education; You have experience in a similar (technical) support role; You can analyse technical problems quickly and explain them clearly to customers; You have knowledge of networking, remote software or vehicle diagnostics (pre); Experience with API links, scripts or automotive software is a plus; You have good communication skills in both Dutch and English; German is a nice extra, but not a must; You work in a structured way, think in solutions and keep an overview; Minimum MBO 4 working and thinking level (towards IT, engineering or automotive); You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
