TP Indonesia looking for Technical Support position (can join IMMEDIATELY)RDTX Square, South Jakarta (Onsite Working Arrangement) Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical subject matter expert for external-facing teams.Handling customer's problems and issues regarding ads manager, related to the JSON, Rest API, SQL, Problem solvingServe as the first point of contact for incidents related to Ad Platform and advertiser-facing tools.Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, platform incidents, and integration issues within Spotify Ads Manager.Escalate complex technical issues to Engineering and manage live issue coordination.Provide timely incident updates and gather relevant information from cross-functional stakeholders.Assist in testing new integrations and capabilities, including SDKs, APIs, and third-party custom integrations.Maintain detailed and clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders. RequirementsHave strong understanding in Technical Support / Platform Support / AdTech Support / API Support roles.Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.Fluent in English (C1 level – written and verbal).Willing to work in Shifting shedule.Willing to work for 6 months contract (extendable based on performance) Technical SkillsRequired:Strong understanding of JSON & REST APIs troubleshootingSQL (querying and basic analysis)Advanced problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Google Tag Manager
