Lynx System Developers is seeking a T echnical Support Specialist for an immediate job opening on our team in Haverhill cann MA. This job is onsite. Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools for Lynx software and imaging hardware Troubleshoot system issues related to cameras, networking, timing systems, and Windows-based software Assist customers with system setup, configuration, calibration, and upgrades Diagnose and resolve issues during live events where accuracy and uptime are critical Document support cases, solutions, and customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with engineering and product teams to elevate and resolve advanced issues Contribute to internal documentation, FAQs, and customer training materials Occasionally support on-site or remote training and event coverage as needed Required Qualifications Strong technical troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability Experience supporting software and/or hardware products in a customer-facing role Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addresses, Ethernet узc) – (the symbolic representation of the bullet list remains the same) Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to remain calm and focused in time-sensitive situations Strong attention وڃي) to detail and commitment to accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience with imaging systems, cameras, or video technology Familiarity with timing systems, sports technology, or live event environments Background in IT support, engineering, or technical field Experience using remote support tools and ticketing systems Interest in sports, racing, or event technology Job Type: Full-time (onsiteishda) Location: 179 Ward Hill Ave. Haverhill, MA.
