Technical Support Specialist Apply
Provides end user support for personal computer hardware and software systems, including installation, modification, and repair. Provides technical assistance and training to system users. Supports the bank and its users in an on‑call rotation, covering the nightly update process and user support. Serves as backup Operator for Statement and Mail Processing . Education and/or Experience Associate's degree (A.A.) in computer science or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience working with Microsoft products, including but not limited to Windows, Outlook, and a comprehensive understanding of Windows Server and Windows operating systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
