In the context of Indonesia’s current 2026 infrastructure development, you will ensure our chemical solutions meet the rigorous demands of on-site performance and local compliance. You will act as the technical bridge between our laboratory and the customer's batching plant.Key Responsibilities:Mix Design & Optimization: Conduct "Trial Mixes" at customer batching plants to ensure PCE water reducers meet specific slump, flow, and strength requirements.On-Site Troubleshooting: Address application issues, such as rapid slump loss due to high ambient temperatures or compatibility challenges with various local cement brands.Technical Documentation: Provide customers with Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and material safety datasheet (SDS).ASTM and SNI Compliance: Ensure all product applications and test results align with Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI) for concrete and construction materials.Product Training: Conduct technical presentations and training for customers' QA/QC teams regarding advanced PCE technology.Minimum Requirements:Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.Experience: At least 2–3 years in the Indonesian construction chemicals or ready-mix concrete industry.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of ASTM/SNI standards and the behavior of high-range water reducers in tropical climates.Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly preferred for international technical specifications and reporting.Willingness to travel to various project sites and batching plants across the archipelago as required by project demands.Interested?
