Job Overview Provide training and customer support of all Maximus products. Work with distributors and end users of our product. Most support is remote via phone and internet, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues or concerns. Responsibilities Handle incoming tech support calls via Zendesk software and emails Coordinate with USA & Canada support teams and follow up with Zendesk support software Work closely with the Technical Service Manager to coordinate project plans and training Provide guidance and follow-up to distributors and customers to optimize system performance Train equipment installers on building and equipment setup Train customers/end users on product functions Follow-up with key accounts/integrators for additional training needs Collaborate with sales team and distributors to provide optimal project solutions Requirements Associate's degree 2+ years of related experience; live production experience on sow farms preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Valid USA driver's license Core Competencies Willing to work with low voltage components, basic electronic knowledge, tools, multimeter Industry Knowledge Familiarity with smart controllers on swine and/or poultry Preferences Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Preferred location: Midwest territory Remote position Pay Range The pay range for this role is $40,000-$60,000. The pay range considers a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location.
