Role: Technical Support Specialist/Technical Support Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Experience in providing technical support for multiple platforms (Unix, Linux, Windows)
- Familiarity with Hypervisors (ESXi, Hyper-V, Xenserver, KVM, etc).
- Linux/Unix administration basic skills.
- Strong networking skills with a knowledge of NSX-T
- Extensive administration and support experience with Windows server operating systems, and workstation operating systems in large enterprise environments (thousands of systems).
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal, internal and external) and presentation skills.
