McEasy, a transportation management solution to simplify complex logistics operations. is looking for a Technical Support to join our ever-growing team.If you are a keen learner, self-driven, and looking to be a part of a team that is passionate with helping each other, we want to hear from you.Job Description:Handle and analyze hardware and GPS-related issues reported through Customer Service channels.Perform remote troubleshooting using internal tools to identify device malfunctions or system discrepancies.Communicate directly with customers to gather technical information, provide status updates, and deliver effective solutions.Collaborate closely with Tier 1 Customer Service and Engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution.Ensure all support activities are properly documented in accordance with established procedures.Participate in knowledge sharing sessions, SOP updates, and ongoing technical skill development.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other relevant fields.Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Technical Support, preferably in the technology, telecommunications, or GPS device industry.Familiarity with GPS Tracking Systems is highly preferred.Strong understanding of GPS device operations, as well as basic electrical components and vehicle wiring installation (automotive).Experience in GPS device installation is an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.Proficient in using computers for documentation and reporting through ticketing systems.Able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in Bahasa Indonesia.Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of identifying top talent to drive the success of our organization.
