This role involves providing support to end users on a variety of technical issues. The position operates on a back‑half schedule from Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users by responding to telephone calls, emails, and direct requests. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems efficiently. Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution. Follow pre‑established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions. Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager. Required Qualifications Education: An associate’s degree in a related area is preferred. Experience: 0–3 years of experience in technical support or a related field. Technical Skills: Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field. Work Schedule This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position. The work schedule is Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Compensation & Benefits The pay rate for this position is between $19.00 and $23.00 per hour. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees. Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans.
