Position Technical Helpdesk Consultant - Hybrid | 1+ Year Experience Schedule: On-site, 3 days per week after training (hybrid) Experience: 1+ year technical helpdesk/service desk Type: Full-time, long-term contract (1 year+) Overview Are you ready to take the next step in your IT support career? We're looking for an energetic and driven Technical Helpdesk Consultant to join a fastpaced, collaborative IT team. In this role, you'll be the frontline hero-providing phone, chat, and remote support to users and solving a wide range of technical issues. If you enjoy problem-solving, delivering great customer service, and being part of a team that values continuous learning, this is the place for you! What You'll Be Doing Providing phone, remote, and chat support to end users Troubleshooting Windows OS, software issues, and basic hardware problems Supporting printers, VPN, DNS/DHCP questions, and user connectivity issues Managing user accounts and permissions via Active Directory Resolving tickets using a professional ticketing system Collaborating with teammates to ensure a smooth IT support experience Top Skills We're Looking For Windows troubleshooting Remote support Printer troubleshooting Active Directory Ticketing systems VPN & DNS support Additional Qualities That Shine Strong customer service mindset Clear, friendly communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Solid problem-solving instincts Dependability and punctuality Experience Level Intermediate (1+ year of service desk or technical helpdesk experience required) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West Bend, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
