Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst (Requirements Lead) 13+ Years Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Experience leading a team of Technical Systems Analysts in gathering and analyzing requirements for large-scale, complex projects. This includes planning and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions, organizing and documenting business process requirements, guiding stakeholders in resolving design specification issues, evaluating implemented technical solutions, and recommending process or design improvements.
• Experience collaborating with project stakeholders, including Development teams and Business SMEs, to implement solutions by developing and analyzing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), business rules, traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and other business or system requirement artifacts.
• Experience writing and executing SQL queries to analyze and validate back-end data processing in order to identify system defects, discrepancies, or anomalies.
• Experience creating and analyzing workflow diagrams, business process models, and technical process diagrams using MS Visio.
• Experience developing wireframes and screen mockups to support requirements gathering and system design activities.
