Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology and related fields.
Experience : 6 months to 1 year in IT Recruitment talent acquisition
. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement talent acquisition and IT recruitment strategies that meet the organization's hiring needs
Source and screen candidates from various channels (e.g., online job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals)
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to identify IT talent requirements
Stay abreast of IT industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean Search and sourcing tools.
Excellent knowledge for candidate sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala)
Tech understanding , programming languages and methodologies like Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.
. Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
