We're Hiring for The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist !!!

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology and related fields.

Experience : 6 months to 1 year in IT Recruitment talent acquisition

. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition and IT recruitment strategies that meet the organization's hiring needs

  • Source and screen candidates from various channels (e.g., online job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals)

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to identify IT talent requirements

  • Stay abreast of IT industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean Search and sourcing tools.

  • Excellent knowledge for candidate sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Hirect, Internshala)

  • Tech understanding , programming languages and methodologies like Java, C++, Cloud, SQL, NoSQL, etc.

. Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
