Technical Test Lead – Java Selenium/ UFT Automation (Independent Verification and Validation Testing Domain) Location: Weehawken, NJ • Duration: Full Time • Employment Type: Full-time Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent). Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience with IT. Preferred At least 4 years of experience with IT and proven experience creating an automation framework applicable to various application platforms. Solid experience of automation testing best practices and architecture for scalability and maintainability. At least 4 years of experience in automation testing with sound knowledge of UFT and proficiency in any other test automation tool (Test Complete, Selenium, Java, Python, Tricentis TOSCA, TeamCity, Jenkins, SOAP UI). Hands‑on experience in scripting, running, analyzing, and refining automation frameworks for comprehensive and full application testing. Hands‑on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java; build tools such as Maven, Ant. Experience with test analysis, test case management (planning, preparation, execution, reporting). Good organizational and people skills with ability to mentor team members and educate others on automation testing principles and methodologies. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
