Lee Bullen Engineering Ltd (Biosafe) is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Trainer to join our operational team in Erith, Kent. We are looking for experienced training professionals with a background in the Biogas industry to work at our facility. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working full-time, you will be an integral part of the team, demonstrating a hands-on approach with a strong knowledge of health and safety. Job Summary You will deliver technical training to candidates at our training facility, primarily classroom-based, focusing on safe working practices around Biogas plants and installations. You will work alongside practical trainers to structure training sessions, ensure effective delivery, keep records, and develop competency-based assessments.
