This role is essential in strengthening the technical capabilities of our service network, ensuring excellent product knowledge, troubleshooting competence, and customer satisfaction across the region.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in home appliances with an engaging training style, curriculum-development skills, and a talent for explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible way.What you'll do1. Training Development & DeliveryDesign, develop, and maintain technical training materials for whitegoods products (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.).Deliver instructor-led classroom trainings, hands-on practical workshops, and virtual sessions.Create digital learning modules, technical guides, troubleshooting scenarios, and competency assessments.Continuously update content to reflect new models, technologies, and service procedures.Provide (mainly online) 3rd line technical support for technicians in EU subsidiaries2. Technical ExpertiseSubject-matter expert for whitegoods service topics, including diagnostics, repair procedures, and product operation.Collaborate with engineering, product management, and HQ support teams to gather technical insights and ensure training accuracy.Analyze field data, common failure modes, and service trends to tailor training content and improve service performance.3. Service Network SupportSupport service engineers and technicians with technical inquiries when required.Provide feedback to internal teams on recurring issues, product quality concerns, or opportunities for design improvement.Help ensure consistent technical standards across all training partners and service centers.4. Quality & Training OperationsMonitor training effectiveness and propose improvements based on KPIs and feedback.Maintain technical labs, tools, and demonstration units used during training.What you must haveStrong technical background in whitegoods/home appliances—service engineering, repair, diagnostics, or similar.Experience delivering technical or vocational training (on-the-job, classroom, or digital).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Well-organized, with strong planning and documentation skills.Comfortable using digital platforms (LMS, virtual classrooms, e-learning tools).PreferredProfessional teaching/training certification (e.g., train-the-trainer, vocational education certificate).Experience in an international company or multi-country service environment.Understanding of European service regulations and safety standards.Experience creating multimedia training content (video, interactive modules, AR/VR is a plus).Personal AttributesCustomer- and quality-oriented mindset.A natural coach with patience and enthusiasm for developing others.Proactive, curious, and continuously learning.Able to work independently as well as cross-functionally.Willingness to travel for training sessions across Europe.
