Overview We are seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Trainer with a strong background in the automotive industry to design, deliver, and manage training programs for end-users, engineers, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and its application within automotive product development and manufacturing environments. Base pay range $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr Rate Range: $50/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on Siemens Teamcenter PLM tailored to automotive workflows. Conduct hands-on workshops, virtual sessions, and one-on-one coaching for engineering and product teams. Customize training content to align with organizational processes, including BOM management, CAD integration, change management, and workflow automation. Collaborate with PLM administrators and business analysts to identify training needs and gaps. Create user guides, quick reference materials, and e-learning content for continuous learning. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Stay updated on Teamcenter upgrades and automotive PLM trends to ensure training relevance. Qualifications Experience as a PLM Teamcenter trainer, with strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and automotive product development and manufacturing. Ability to design, develop, and deliver training for end-users, engineers, and technical teams. Familiarity with BOM management, CAD integration, change management, and workflow automation processes.
